Mango lassi – a deliciously refreshing yoghurt drink

The mango lassi is a delicious mango milkshake that has gained popularity all around the world. It has its origins in India, where it’s mostly served as a dessert. You can prepare mango lassi at home in just a few simple steps – find our recipe below!

INGREDIENTS

For 400 ml:

250 g natural yoghurt
130 ml milk
200 g mango
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
2 teaspoons agave sirup (optional)

PREPARATION

Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Mix in a blender together with the milk and the yoghurt until reaching a smooth consistency. If you want, you can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice and sweeten with agave sirup.
