INGREDIENTS
For 350 ml:
150 ml cold coffee
150 ml (almond) milk
1 banana (medium ripe)
45 g oats
1/2 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
PREPARATION
Make the coffee shortly beforehand and let it cool down. Alternatively, you can cook it the evening before and let it rest in the fridge. Peel the banana and cut it in smaller pieces. Tipp: the riper the banana, the sweeter your shake will be. Put the oats in the mixer and blend them. Then add the coffee, the banana and the milk and mix until reaching a smooth consistency. If you like it sweeter, add half a teaspoon of agave syrup to the shake. Your breakfast shake is now ready! If you want to enjoy it on the go or at work, simply fill it in the TWEE drinking bottle, which will keep it cold for you.
