
INGREDIENTS
For 400 ml:
15 cherries
1 banana
200 ml cold milk
2 table spoons of greek yoghurt
2 table spoons of oats
PREPARATION
Wash, pit and cut the cherries in half. Cut the banana into pieces and put it together with the cherries into the blender. Add the oats, the milk and the yoghurt and mix on medium intensity until you reach a smooth texture. If you want to drink your breakfast shake on the go, just fill it in the BODDELS TWEE drinking bottle afterwards.
