Ingredients
For 700 ml:
50 g dried apricots
1/2 lemon
3 stalks of mint
1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
700 ml hot water
Preparation
Cut the dried apricots in cubes. Wash and dry the mint stalks, wash the lemon and cut it in slices. Put all ingredients in the BODDELS HEET vacuum flask 700 ml, fill up with hot water and let it rest for about 20-30 minutes. For extra sweetness, add a teaspoon of brown sugar and stir to dissolve.
