Mango-Ginger-Orange-Smoothie

Yellow is a happy colour! This smoothie with mango, ginger and orange boosts your immune system and makes for the perfect fruity refreshment.

Ingredients for 450 ml

1 mango, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, 1 orange, 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger, 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Cut the mango into cubes and the ginger into pieces, put them in the mixer and mix for a couple of seconds. Squeeze the orange and add its juice to the mixer together with the yoghurt and the ice cubes. Mix on medium intensity until you reach a smooth consistency. Fill the smoothie into the BODDELS TWEE drinking bottle and enjoy on the go!
