Cherry-Banana-Breakfast-Shake
Combining cherries with bananas is always a good idea! Start the day fresh and healthy with this cherry-banana-milkshake with oats. It’s perfect as a breakfast replacement because it contains many important nutrients such as fibers and protein and therefore keeps you filled until you next meal. Enjoy!
Ingredients for 400 ml
15 cherries, 1 banana, 200 ml milk, 2 table spoons of greek yoghurt, 2 table spoons of oats
Preparation
Wash, pit and cut the cherries in half. Cut the banana into pieces and put it together with the cherries into the blender. Add the oats, the milk and the yoghurt and mix on medium intensity until you reach a smooth texture. If you want to drink your breakfast shake on the go, just fill it in the BODDELS TWEE drinking bottle afterwards.
