White-Spekulatius-Chocolate

The days are getting shorter, the evenings are getting longer, but also cozier. But what’s a cozy winter evening without a yummy hot beverage? This white chocolate with “Spekulatius” spice is the perfect way to end the day! It’s really creamy, sweet and tastes just like Christmas. Let’s get festive!

INGREDIENTS

for 300 ml:

300 ml milk
40 g white chocolate
1 teaspoon "Spekulatius" spice mix
Whipped cream and Spekulatius cookies for decorating

PREPARATION

Break the chocolate in pieces and put it together with the milk into a pot. Add a teaspoon of the spice mix and heat it all up while constantly stirring. Serve the beverage with some whipped cream and “Spekulatius” cookie crumbs on top. In the KOFFJE vacuum mug you can even keep it warm up to 4 hours!
