INGREDIENTS
for 700 ml:
600 ml water
100 ml apple juice
2 tea bags of lemon tea
1/2 lime
3 dried apricots
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
2 stalks of thyme
PREPARATION
Boil 600 ml of water in a pot and add the tea bags. Peel the ginger, cut the apricots in half and squeeze the lime. Add the ginger, the apricots, the apple juice and the thyme to the pot. Let it boil up, then remove from the stove and let it rest with lid on for 10 minutes. Afterwards, remove the tea bags and fill the punch into the HEET 700 ml vacuum flask. For a more intense flavour, let the apricots and the thyme infuse in the flask a little longer.
