Thyme-Mint-Ginger-Tea

Catching a cold is a lot more common during autumn than the rest of the year. This homemade herbal tea will help you fight any flu symptoms quickly and effectively. The combination of fresh thyme, mint, ginger and honey will help you get back on your feet in no time!

Ingredients

For 350 ml:

1 small bundle of thyme
2 stalks of mint
1 small piece of ginger
Honey to sweeten
350 ml hot water

Preparation

Put the thyme, the mint and the peeled piece of ginger into the sieve of the SEEV glass mug. Fill up with boiling hot water and let it rest for approx. 20 minutes. Afterwards, remove the sieve and sweeten the tea with honey. Drink the tea slowly and in small sips. The BODDLES SEEV glass mug will keep it warm for long!
