for 350 ML (about 7 shots):
1 cooked beetroot (approx. 100 g)
20 g ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
150 ml water
Cut and deseed the pomegranate. Peel the ginger, cut it into pieces and then cut the beetroot in quarters. Put everything into the mixer, add the turmeric powder and then add water. Mix until it reaches a liquid consistency. Then fill the liquid through a sieve directly into the HEET vacuum flask. The amount should be enough for about 7 shots. You can then keep the liquid in the fridge for about a week. Always shake well before pouring!
Tip: The rest of the mixture left after sieving can be used as a basis for a smoothie or as a spread. It could also be a good addition to an Asian curry!
