Ginger-Curcuma-Shot

Small sip – great impact! The ginger shot is all the rage now – and we know why! The combination of ginger, curcuma and citrus fruits can help prevent a cold during flu season. Ginger has an anti-inflammatory effect and boosts your metabolism. The spiciness of the ginger is complemented by the fruity sourness of the lemon and the orange. One shot in the morning provides you with a decent dose of vitamins for the whole day! Here’s how to make it:

INGREDIENTS

for 200 ML (about 5 shots):

15 g ginger
1 orange
1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon curcuma powder
1/2 spoon agave syrup
20 ml water

PREPARATION

Puree the ginger in a mixer. Squeeze the orange and the lemon and add their juice to the mixer. Then add the water, the curcuma powder and the agave syrup too. Now mix well! Fill the liquid through a sieve into the TWEE drinking bottle. The amount should be enough for about 5 shots, 40 ml each. You can then keep the liquid in the fridge for about a week. Always shake well before pouring!
