For 350 ml:
2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder
2 tablespoons of sugar or other sweetener in the corresponding quantity
2 tablespoons of warm water
250 ml (almond) milk
Mix the instant coffee powder, the sugar and the warm water in a bowl and whisk until reaching a light foamy consistency. It‘s important that you use instant coffee powder, as this makes the coffee foam creamy. Next, heat up the milk and pour it into the SEEV glass mug. Use a spoon to add the whipped coffee cream to the milk. Stir before drinking to mix the cream and the milk together. There’s your Dalgona coffee!
Tip: If you want to enjoy it cold, just use cold instead of warm milk and add some ice cubes.
