INGREDIENTS
for 500 ml:
375 ml water
125 ml almond milk
1/2 tablespoon loose black tea
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cinnamon stick
1/2 vanilla pod
1 pinch of ground ginger
Agave syrup to sweeten
PREPARATION
Pour water into a small cooking pot and bring to boil. Add the black tea with the cardamom, the cloves, the half cinnamon stick, the ginger and the pulp of the vanilla pod to the pot. Let simmer for a moment and then turn the heat to the lowest level. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes. Then pour everything through a sieve into two cups. Froth the almond milk and add it to the cups. Sweeten with agave syrup to taste. If you want to enjoy your chai latte on the go, simply pour it into the KOFFJE thermo mug ot the HEET vacuum flask!
