1. Strawberry-rhubarb crumble
Ingredients:
・5 sticks of rhubarb
・400 g strawberries
・80 g cane sugar
・1 vanilla bean
・120 g spelt flour
・100 g ground almonds
・150 g soft butter
Preparation:
Wash the rhubarb sticks and strawberries and cut everything into bite-size pieces. Then put a third of the cane sugar and the pulp of a vanilla bean in a large pot and bring it to boil. Stir in between. Switch off the stove and let the mixture rest for an hour with the lid closed. For the crumble, mix the flour and the ground almonds in a bowl. Then add the soft butter and the remaining cane sugar and knead everything into crumbs. Preheat the oven to 200°C on top and bottom heat. Place the strawberry and rhubarb mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumbles over it. Bake the crumble in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Finally garnish with ice cream and lemon balm.

2. Strawberry-elderflower lemonade
Ingredients:
・250 g strawberries
・5 tablespoons of elderflower syrup
・2-3 stalks of mint
・800 ml sparkling water
Preparation:
Blend the strawberries and put them into the SUND glass carafe. Add the sparkling water and sweeten with 5 tablespoons of elderflower syrup. To give the lemonade a refreshing touch, add a few stalks of mint to it and let it rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Always stir before pouring out!

3. Strawberry spread with chia seeds
Ingredients:
・400 g strawberries
・25 g chia seeds
・2 tablespoons of agave syrup
・1 pinch of vanilla pulp
Preparation:
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and puree in a blender. Add the chia seeds, the agave syrup and the vanilla pulp and mash again if necessary. Fill the mass in two glasses and let it swell in the fridge overnight.

4. Arugula salad with strawberries and goat cheese
Ingredients:
・300 g strawberries
・2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
・1 bunch of arugula
・100 g goat cheese
・1 tablespoon of olive oil
・1/2 handful of walnuts
・Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
First wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Then cut the strawberries into slices. Mix the balsamic vinegar with a little pepper and let it steep for 5 minutes. In the meantime, wash the arugula and pluck into bite-size pieces. Add the arugula with the goat cheese and the strawberries to the balsamic mixture. Season everything with salt and pepper, add a little olive oil and finally sprinkle with the sesame and walnuts.

5. Strawberry-Lime-Mint-Water
Ingredients:
・7-8 strawberries
・1/2 lime
・6-7 mint leaves
・1 L still or sparkling water
Preparation:
Wash the strawberries, cut the lime in slices and stick the fruits on the skewer of the BODDELS SUND glass carafe. Fill it up with water and let it rest overnight in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
