1. Coffee-Banana breakfast smoothie
Ingredients for approx. 350 ml:
・150 ml cold coffee
・150 ml (almond) milk
・1 banana (medium ripe)
・45 g oats
・½ teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
Preparation:
Make the coffee shortly beforehand and let it cool down. Alternatively, you can cook it the evening before and let it rest in the fridge. Peel the banana and cut it in smaller pieces. Tip: The riper the banana, the sweeter your smoothie will be. Put the oats in the mixer and blend them. Then add the coffee, the banana and the milk and mix until reaching a smooth consistency. If you like it sweeter, add half a teaspoon of agave syrup to the smoothie.

2. Blueberry smoothie with oats and yoghurt
Ingredients for approx. 300 ml:
・50 g of oat flakes
・200 g natural yoghurt
・100 g blueberries
・2 teaspoons agave syrup
・1 teaspoon vanilla cane sugar
Preparation:
Put the yoghurt, blueberries and oat flakes in a blender and then add the agave syrup and the vanilla cane sugar. Mix until reaching a smooth consistency.

3. Yoghurt-Raspberry-Smoothie
Ingredients for approx. 450 ml:
・200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
・150 g yoghurt
・100 ml milk
・Honey to sweeten
Preparation:
Put the raspberries, the yoghurt, the milk and a bit of honey in the blender and blend until reaching a smooth texture. Add some more milk if the consistency is too thick. Enjoy the smoothie!

4. Mango and oat milk smoothie with dates
Ingredients for approx. 250 ml:
・150 ml of oat milk
・1 tbsp honey
・1 mango
・3 dates
Preparation:
Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut the mango into cubes. Put the oat milk, honey, dates and mango together in a blender and mix until reaching a smooth consistency.

5. Vegan Green Smoothie
Ingredients for approx. 700 ml:
・200 ml oat milk (or normal milk)
・75g baby spinach
・1/2 cucumber
・1/2 banana
・1/4 pineapple
Preparation:
Put the spinach and the oat milk into the mixer and mix well. Peel and cut the cucumber, the banana and the pineapple into pieces and add them into the mixer. Mix again until the liquid reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. Should the smoothie still be too thick, add some more oat milk.
